Background and Aim: Low Back Pain (LBP) is the common global problem Worldwide. The Aim of this study was, To Study the Effect of Mulligan’s mobilization and myofascial release technique in chronic mechanical low back pain. Material and Methodology: A total of 120 eligible individuals aged 30-45 years with a history of chronic LBP were enlisted after obtaining written informed consent and randomized into 2 groups control and experimental, each group contains 60 individuals. Pre and Post assessment were performed using Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire (OLPDQ), McGill pain Questionnaire (MPQ) and Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Results: The results demonstrated that both the groups demonstrated marked progress in all outcomes; however, the Group B (p0.0001) showed superior results compared to the Group A Conclusion:. This Study also concluded that both the groups shows significant improvement in Patients condition but Group B (Mulligan Mobilization) shows more significant than Group A (Myofascial Release technique).
