Aim: The aim is to use Six Sigma as a framework for implementing training program to improve nurses' fall prevention. Methods: A single-group quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was conducting at Specialized Medical Hospital between August 2024 to the end of May 2025. Participants were 90 nurses. Data collection was conducted using a four tools that included Nurses’ Knowledge Fall Prevention Questionnaire, Affinity Chart ,Nurses' Attitude for Patient Fall Prevention Questionnaire and Nurses Safety Practice Fall Prevention Observational Checklist Results: The study indicated a significant difference of nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice regarding fall prevention as indicated by the substantial improvement in the levels of nurses’ knowledge attitude and practice regarding fall prevention across multiple assessments (p 0.001) that confirmed that there were highly positive statistically significant correlations among staff nurses fall prevention knowledge attitude and practice throughout phases of the program at p0.001.Conclusion: It was concluded Six Sigma can be used as a quality improvement tool to improve nurses' knowledge, attitude and practice for fall prevention . Moreover, there were statistically significant correlations among staff nurses` knowledge, attitude and practice about fall prevention during immediate posttest & after 3 months follow up test phase..
