ABSTRACT

The present paper tries to focus on a burning, yet eternal issue of women's empowerment and autonomy. Undoubtedly, there is a direct relationship between the above two factors, it is not surprising to find enough autonomy is not accessible to women even after economic empowerment. This paper studies some samples of women teachers in some schools in Vizianagaram town of Andhra Pradesh.
