To assess the Satvasārata status and cognitive functioning ability among healthy middle-aged individuals. An observational, cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among 100 healthy participants aged 30–50 years, selected through random sampling. Ethical approval was obtained, and the study was registered with the Clinical Trials Registry of India (CTRI). Satvasarata was assessed using a validated Satvasarta assessment tool, and cognitive function was evaluated using the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tool (BCAT). Sociodemographic data were also collected. The majority of participants exhibited Madhyama Satva status, with the Attitude domain showing the highest mean scores. The mean BCAT score indicated borderline cognitive performance, with a significant proportion of participants demonstrating mild cognitive impairment. Integrating Ayurvedic psychological assessment with modern cognitive tools may provide a holistic approach for early identification and prevention of cognitive decline. .
